The Tribunal will consist of one arbitrator. The place of arbitration will be the State of California, United States of America unless applicable law mandates arbitration within the jurisdiction in which you reside, in which case, arbitration shall take place in said jurisdiction. However, to the extent allowed by applicable law, you hereby waive your right to arbitration within the jurisdiction in which you reside and hereby agree to arbitration in the State of California, United States of America. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings will be English. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
